I enjoyed the video, but I would like to here how it impacted you (The origional
poster) as well as what leadership learnings or inspiration you felt could be
found in the video.

I was touched that people were touched; and that they lined up to get those
little notes; and that others in the store, like the florist, took the spirit
and acted on it.

"From the heart" -- yes -- and thus reached the heart;
perhaps partly because he's Downs, but maybe that caused trust, believing or
seeing his heartfelt sincerity.

Made me want to send daily/weekly notes (email,
likely) to a big mailing list of folks who would be pleased or helped or
nourished thereby.
