What It’s About:
Life is filled with the interplay of opposites or polarities – from the poles of a magnet to the complexities of order and chaos. Like gravity, polarity is a universal law that is always in play but tends to remain unconscious. Faced with a polarity, we commonly think that one pole is better or more desirable than the other. Order is better than chaos; positive is better than negative, active is better than passive.

In reality, creation is always the result of both poles. The whole is always more powerful than either pole alone. When we try to maximize one pole at the expense of the other, it is as meaningless and self-defeating as valuing our IN breath but not our OUT breath.
A “Primal Polarity” that underlies most of the others and creates life itself is the polarity of Masculine and Feminine. Our relationships, leadership styles, problem solving abilities, and self-awareness are all deeply affected by how we engage with this Primal Feminine/Masculine Polarity.
