This summer, give yourself an inspirational week of fully experiencing Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
In a spirit of play and community building, we invite you to the Santa Cruz Mountains to co-create a week of insightful learning, empathetic connections, and personal empowerment. 

Facilitation Team and Topics

Jean Morrison, Kelly Bryson and Kristin Masters; bringing over 40 years of experience teaching NVC in the US and abroad. They will bring their rich experiences in diverse areas of expertise to explore:

• Love without conditions, expectations or demands
• Making our dreams come true - Taming our Jackals to unleash our Giraffe Vision
• Hearing Nonviolently
• Learning NVC thru Art, Play and interactive games
• Strategies, presentation skills and qualities for effective teaching of NVC
• Personality dynamics, core beliefs/needs, and jackal strategies
• Taming the Jackal Show
• Social Action
• Unconditional Parenting
• Puppet play - when, how and where to use them
• Absurdiveness Training - The use of humor in conflict resolution
• Conflict Improv
• Open Space Technology for everyone to offer and request workshops

When: June 22-27, 2008

Costs: There are two parts to consider. First, the requested sliding-scale donation for program is $375-775. Scholarships are available.

Accommodations and Meals:

Double Room: $385
Camping: $325
Commuters day use and 10 meals: $265
