Tribes

 

A learning community is a group of people who share common values and beliefs and are actively engaged in learning together from each other.

 

The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) created learning communities called "tribes" for the sake of developing powerful and focused leaders with the capability to have a remarkable impact in the world. It is these tribes that comprise a body of leaders who have completed the CTI Leadership program.  And it is these leaders who have a deep commitment to strengthening and developing leaders everywhere.

 

Other Learning Communities Leaders are natural and hungry learners.  Leaders intuitively are drawn to places where learning is happening. URL (the Ultimate Resource for Leaders) is such a place. Here you will find both virtual and in-person leadership learning.  We urge you not only to be student but also to be teacher. Become a part of the Learning Team, whose job it is to create teleclasses, workshops and retreats.  Join a HUB (or found one) in your geographic region. Create learning on the local level. Read a great book on leadership, and send us a review. We'll publish it on the website and in our newsletter. 

 

Know that as leader you are a resource for leaders!
