Support

Support is yet another of the Four Cornerstones of The Ultimate Resource for Leaders.  Think of the Cornerstones as interdependent, as a metaphor for the ways in which leaders show up ~ connecting, learning, supporting and partnering with other leaders.

If connection is what happens when we meet, and learning is what happens when we're together, then support is what we give and receive.  Support can come in the form of words of encouragement, a challenge, or an applicable resource or connection.
