Learning is one of the Four Cornerstones of the Ultimate Resource for Leaders. It is our hope that you will use this and other areas of the website to leverage your own learning and that of your fellow travelers.

Continuous learning is essential for leaders in our fast-paced, highly evolving world. Learning about ourselves, each other as individuals and leaders, about the people we serve, and the environments we lead in are all areas for discussion and connection here. This is a space for collaboration…a space where the exchange of ideas and resources allows for new and recycled materials to be used in growing and expanding what is already working well. We don’t have to “reinvent the wheel.” We can start with what is already out there and build from that. This is a space for “adding new tools to your toolbox” as well as “sharpening your saw.”

You can think of it as a hardware and repair shop. Come check out the newest products and designs. Bring in your rusty tool, and trade it in. Bring in your shiny new whatchamacallit, and give a seminar on the benefits and uses of it. Find out why your old bag of tricks has gone stale.

The Ultimate Resource for Leaders offers the opportunity for leaders to practice their craft and enhance their tool box with “up to the moment” resources based on what leaders need to know to further develop themselves and the world around them.

You can start your own learning group, join one that already exists, or enter the site with the goal of learning all you can wherever you choose to explore. When you enter the Ultimate Resource for Leaders, you enter the Ultimate Learning Environment as well. Let the learning begin!
