Message to Leadership Community

 

Fellow Leaders: 

  As you are already aware, the Mother Tree is closing next month for CTI Leadership. Our tribe, the Snakes, will be the last tribe to complete leadership at the Mother Tree. We will be holding a ceremony on the last day of our R4 to honour and celebrate the Mother Tree and her support of our leadership for our entire community.  This is an important event and your participation will make it more meaningful. 

The closure ceremony will be held on Sunday, August 10th at 11:45am Pacific Time. We invite you to join us in a minute of silence to honour the Mother Tree at 12:05pm Pacific Time. Our intention is for the entire leadership community to connect energetically, from wherever you live in the world, at this time. We will mention the name of each tribe to create the connection to all of you as part of our ceremony. 

We invite you to send us any stories or experiences from Mother Tree that you would like to share. We will carry all the stories to the Mother Tree and read a sampling at the ceremony. 

Lastly, we believe that as this arc closes there may be an opportunity to launch a new leadership arc in our community. If you have any ideas on this please send them or post them on the CALL site.
