Hello Graduates of CTI’s Leadership Program!

I am finally writing a book on Level 4 Leadership.  Yes it’s true. If everything works out the way we are imagining, in a year or so you should be able to finally give your brain the same journey of learning that your body has taken through this amazing program and it’s after effects.   (Not that your brains haven’t already been on incredible journeys, it’s just that they were often asked to take a rest as you were going through the Leadership Program).

A member of the Swords tribe (the third tribe to go through Leadership), David Skibbens, has been kicking my nether parts to get going on this book and has offered to partner with me.  David has written a series of mysteries as well as some non-fiction explaining coaching to therapists.  The book I have always wanted to write about Leadership combines these two disciplines, story and fact, into a book that unfolds the learning in a way that keeps the reader engaged in the developing story.  So, David and I are setting out to write that book.

We need your help.

Our idea is to weave together a bunch of your stories with the main story and the key concepts of Level 4 leadership.   What we need are your stories: 

• Your success stories around your projects or other projects that sprouted from the original starts.

• Stories of newly found self-awareness, self-confidence or expanded range of expression since Leadership.

• Stories of more connection, deeper intimacy, creating from other, collaboration, co-leading or partnering since Leadership.

• Stories about your connection with level 3, the space, energy and noticing your impact on and then taking responsibility for that space and the people in it.

• Stories about staying with your impact on someone or a group to the breakthrough on the other side of the difficult moment.

• Stories about following your leadership urges and acting on them and the impact on the world around you.

• Any and all stories that you feel are related to your leadership experience.
