We are a group of leaders who are creating a tele-class series "De-Coding Leadership based on 4 key principle of Co-active Leadership

Principle 1: Leaders have a Stake/ Clear Direction

Principle 2: Leaders follow their Instincts

Principle 3: Leaders take Full Permission and Responsibility for their Impact

Principle : Leaders Stay

We will be sharing 4  key concepts in this blog that we believe is key to any leaders success.  In our writing and discussions we hope to further our and your understanding of what it means to be an effective leader. We hope this will be a stimulating and productive dialogue.

We believe that  De-coding -breaking down what it takes to lead is key to being a better leader. We intend to get behind the curtain of what leaders do that works and does not work. This is where we all can learn. As Charan wrote in his new book "Leaders at All Levels", in order for leaders to realize their potential they must "deliberately practice" what works, we believe this being true and hope to contribute to your practice as a leader.
